| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes dispositifs de téléphonie sanitaire et sociale proposent une aide à distance, médiée par la technique, mise en œuvre par des bénévoles ou des professionnels. Leurs missions, financées par les pouvoirs publics, sont celles de l’information, de l’écoute, de la prévention et de l’orientation. Pour ce qui concerne le dispositif étudié plus précisément, le Filsantéjeunes, il a également pour mission d’être un « observatoire des difficultés des jeunes en matière de santé ». Nous interrogeons le sens et les enjeux d’une télérelation sanitaire et sociale, en nous appuyant sur des recherches préalables portant sur les appels téléphoniques et sur l’échange de courriels entre jeunes et professionnels. Nous cherchons à comprendre comment la relation d’aide se trouve amenée à s’ajuster aux contraintes techniques qui déréalisent et décontextualisent la rencontre, mais aussi aux pressions économiques, politiques et gestionnaires qui inscrivent le dispositif dans le champ d’une prévention publique généralisée. |

| Summary, etc. | The services of health and social telephony offer assistance at a distance, mediated by techniques, and run by volunteers and professionals. Their tasks, financed by the authorities, include informing, listening, preventing and orientating. As for the service which is the object of this study, the teen health hotline (« Filsantéjeunes »), also has a role as an « observatory of the teenagers problems in the area of health ». Based on research done on telephone calls and the exchange of e-mails between teenagers and professionals, we question the meaning and the issues of health and social telerelations. Our aim is to understand how the helping relationship is led to adapt itself to technical constraints which derealize and decontextualize the encounter, as well as the economic, political and administrative powers which put the service in the field of generalized public prevention. |
