| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’usage de la notion de « résistance au changement » est souvent une façon d’occulter les choix et les valeurs de ceux à qui l’on veut imposer des transformations qui leur sont défavorables. C’est aussi adopter un point de vue réducteur sur le concept de « résistance » qui ne facilite pas la compréhension des processus de transformation sociale. Au-delà d’une volonté « politique », explicite et ponctuelle, d’infléchir ou modifier des politiques de gestion, des actes et des paroles subvertissent au quotidien un « ordre établi » en concrétisant un « vivre et travailler autrement ». Ces multiples résistances sont constitutives de l’activité humaine dans la mesure où la pure hétéronomie du vivant est tout aussi impossible qu’invivable. Elles remettent concrètement en jeu et en débat des valeurs débattues dans la sphère publique. Leur analyse clinique montre qu’elles peuvent contribuer à interroger de façon continue des pratiques de gestion, dès lors que le point de vue de l’activité trouve à s’exprimer. |

| Summary, etc. | Resistances, transgressions and transformations: the impossible and unbearable in work situationsWhen the expression « resistance to changes » is used, very often it is a way to hide choices and values shared by populations or groups on which you want to impose unwillingly and unfavourable transformations. It is also a point of view which depreciates the conceptual content of « resistance » and as a consequence does not make easier the understanding of social transformation process. Beyond any political intention, explicit and locally situated, that should aim to shift or modify the management policies, some acts and speeches have in every day life a subversive effect upon an « established order » ; they may give a concrete illustration of what could be a « different way of life and work ». These numerous resistances are an organic component of human activity insofar mere heteronomy is simultaneously unbearable and impossible. They continually bring again into play and debates, in concrete terms, the values which are openly discussed through the public space. A clinical analysis of these resistances shows how they may contribute for questioning administration and management practices, whenever the activity point of view is to be considered. |
