Au confluent d’une psychologie qui se prétend scientifique et d’une organisation du travail qui n’en annonce pas moins se fabrique sur cette base une psychogestion des individus dont nous ne sommes pas encore débarrassés. Comment, en effet, saisir et caractériser les éléments qui objectiveront la personnalité d’un sujet et détermineront ses aptitudes, ses intérêts, ses motivations pour le mettre à sa « juste place » ? Comment finalement séparer le travail de l’homme pour faire de ce dernier la visée suprême de l’évaluation ? Cet article reprend la généalogie de cette tentative. |

Summary, etc. | Mirage of skills and human capital managementThe question of skills occupies a significant place among the sources of staff assessment schemes. We are not yet rid of this « psycho-management » combining a psychology that pretends to be a science with organization and methods not pretending less. How could we grasp and specify the traits that would objectivize an individual’s personality and determine his skills, interests, motivations in order to post him « in the right place » ? How could we separate the work from the man to make this one the ultimate aim of assessment ? This paper recapitulates the genealogy of this attempt. |
