| Summary, etc. | RésuméCe texte retrace l’histoire quelque peu originale d’un groupe d’analyse de pratiques atypique, né dans une institution et dans un contexte particuliers. C’est un peu par hasard, dans le cadre d’une thèse doctorale consacrée à l’étude du jugement en vae, que j’ai eu l’occasion d’observer un groupe de professionnels qui s’est donné ouvertement pour objectif de construire un lieu d’expérimentation collective de la construction du jugement en vae. Mes observations montrent que la mise en place de séances de régulation collectives répond à une demande forte de la part des jurés, angoissés à l’idée de juger de manière inadéquate un candidat. Par leur discussion, les jurés font ressortir le dilemme du passage d’un premier jugement global à un jugement découpé selon les critères imposés par la grille d’évaluation. Mes résultats montrent que les discussions sur cette nécessité de convertir le jugement d’une rationalité à l’autre ont induit « un processus dialogique potentiellement producteur de développement » (Clot, 2008 ; Prot, 2003) pour les jurés, alimentant ainsi une posture réflexive sur leurs manières de mener leur activité professionnelle. |

| Summary, etc. | This PhD research project is based on the observation of a jury building competences assessment for “ validation practices of non formal and informal learning”. The practical work experience analysis is a collective and individual exercise based on the regular interactions of a peer group and a real involvement of actors: the aim is to analyse and make links between the professional situation and the personal perception of situation experienced. In this text, the practical work experience analysis is in fact a way to help the judges reflect about their professional experience through the cooperative discussion. The judges become more aware of their experience and new skills, making their own this new professional reality. The aim is to understand the meaning of the action in order to set up new concepts and knowledge about the action and its complexity. A better understanding of the professional experience is achieved during this progressive process that allows the elaboration of concept references and professional identity. Results are positive and have a significant impact on the professionalization of the judges. |
