520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Active-passive, feminine-phallic : the work of polarities inside teamsThe different forms of play between psychical polarities are constituents of psychical conflict ; however in the professional groups which work in the fields of caring work, social work, etc., fluidity is little tolerated and the subjective positioning is pushed by the users towards radicalization and rigidity. Faced with the anxiety and confusion inherent in taking on these new users, the most immediate and common defense is to erect a phallic position, supposedly guaranteeing an imaginary ego-based cohesion. The setting up of a « heroic position », of a fetishized « Knowledge », of a position of ascendancy and domination stems from a confusion between the masculine, paternal and phallic.Extricating oneself from such a position implies consenting to the violence of mortifarious dislocation and experimenting with the possibility of losing the fondness for it ; experimenting whether the team is capable of restoring each member to his professionalism, beginning with agreeing to a feminine linking role and to further analysis later. This work in the gaps and losses restores to the group the pleasure of shared thinking. |
