Ces aménagements, qui seront ici nommés figures de l’institution, ont pour fonction de permettre aux professionnels de survivre à la violence déposée par les adolescents. Ces figures de l’institution, figures paradoxales dont l’on peut situer la définition dans le fil des travaux de René Kaës sur les alliances inconscientes, visent tout à la fois à organiser les liens au sein de l’équipe et de l’institution et à se proposer comme espace de traitement de la problématique des adolescents accueillis. |

| Summary, etc. | The team, adolescents and violence : figures and handlingCaring for adolescents in a therapeutic institution obliges professionals to handle links within the team which mirror the adolescents’ problems, marked by a propensity to acting. These adjustments, referred to as institutional figures in this case, aim to enable the carers to survive the violence expressed by the adolescents. The purpose of these institutional figures, whose paradoxical role may be defined in line with René Kaës’ work on unconscious alliances, is both to organize links within the team and the institution, and to offer themselves as a forum to treat the problems of institutionalized adolescents. |
