| Summary, etc. | L’équipe et le groupe sont généralement traités comme des instances distinctes : la première est considérée comme résultat de l’action rationnelle en la limitant au domaine des sciences de la gestion ; la deuxième instance, le groupe, a été développée notamment à l’abri de la psychologie – la psychologie sociale ou bien la psychanalyse. Entre les deux concepts, malgré la proposition de Bion, il existe une distance croissante. Nous proposons de rapprocher ces deux aspects de cet espace social en une seule unité, l’équipe-groupe, et de l’illustrer avec le cas d’une équipe – et groupe – de plongée scientifique au Mexique. |

| Summary, etc. | The team and the group have been widely treated as separate instances : the first one has been taken as the result of rational action and has been located into the field of Management Science. The second one, the group, has been developed mainly into the Psychological domain – Social Psychology or Psychoanalysis. Between the two concepts, despite the proposal by Bion, there is a growing distance. We propose to bring these two aspects of this social space in a single unit, team-group, and illustrate its use with a case of a team – and group – of scientific diving in Mexico. |
