| Summary, etc. | Les sujets ayant été torturés tentent de se défaire de l’emprise d’un système dans l’espace thérapeutique. Leur lutte, toujours singulière, se fait entendre par des temps de rupture avec les logiques acquises durant les sévices. Ces ruptures constituent le ressaisissement de l’être et marquent sa volonté de s’inscrire dans de nouvelles possibilités d’être. Ces temps, en ponctuant le dégagement du sujet de l’emprise de la torture, font événement (c’est-à-dire créent une rupture dans la continuité d’être du sujet) et nécessiteront un travail d’élaboration pour que cette entreprise de dégagement soit conscientisée par le sujet et puisse se consolider. Cet article revient sur trois temps fondamentaux capables de faire événement dans ce type de thérapie : le temps inaugural de la rencontre avec le thérapeute, le temps de la réémergence du sujet par l’irruption de métaphores poétiques et le temps de la reconnaissance sociale par l’obtention du statut de réfugié politique. |

| Summary, etc. | Subjects having undergone torture attempt to get rid of the influence of the torturing system within a therapeutic environment. Their struggle, always singular, translates through ruptures’ with the logics developed during the abuse. These ruptures constitute the recovery of his subjectivity by the subject and show his wish to experiment new possibilities of being. These moments, punctuating his disengagement from the influence of torture, “make event” (i.e. create a break in the continuity of being) ? They must however been worked-through by the subject in order to be consolidated. This article underlines three fundamental moments likely to create event in this type of therapy : the meeting with the therapist, the moment of the re-emergence of the subject through the irruption of poetic metaphors, and the moment of social recognition through the acquisition of the status of political refugee. |
