| Summary, etc. | Les détracteurs et critiques de la psychanalyse ont souvent questionné l’utilité ou la scientificité de cette démarche. Dans cet article, l’auteur propose de décentrer ce débat pour interroger la dimension éthique de cette praxis. La psychanalyse consiste en une interprétation d’une vérité singulière pour le sujet ; dans cette démarche même d’interprétation du désir subjectif, la question de l’éthique se pose. Pour Lacan, l’inconscient serait lui-même éthique, il n’est pas ontique. La démarche psychanalytique permet de faire advenir toutes les idées qui effleurent la conscience, puis d’élaborer des associations pour les interpréter, ce qui relève d’une posture éthique dans la définition même du sens qu’on donne à cette interprétation, dans la mesure où aucune garantie n’est donnée au sujet qui ne peut qu’inventer. |

| Summary, etc. | Psychoanalysis has often been questionned by detractors and critics, for its scientism and utility. In this paper, the author proposes to enlarge this debate, in order to question the ethical focus of this praxis. A psychoanalytical approach involves the interpretation of a singular truth for the subject. The ethical question of this approach is then immanent to the practice in itself. Lacan said that the unconscious is itself ethical, it is not ontical. A psychoanalytical approach enables to speak up every thought crossing the mind, in order to interpret them, to make sense of them. It thus comes under the ethical posture expressed through this interpretation to the extent that no guarantee is offered to the subject who can only invent. |
