| Summary, etc. | La laïcité est inscrite dans la Constitution et régit nos conduites publiques et sociales. Il en est tout autre de convictions intimes intriquées à la dimension psychique, dans une société où règne la téléréalité édifiée en déité. Cette dimension convoque l’expression de notre spiritualité parfois offerte sur l’autel de la scène publique. En rendant visible l’invisible, les nouveaux comportements mettent à mal les règles, les institutions, les dispositifs, les professionnels au service des citoyens, désagrègent le vivre ensemble. L’intégration du fait religieux dans l’accompagnement clinique en santé au travail dans la fonction publique questionne les collusions ou antagonismes et la préemption entre les valeurs issues du service public, du métier et du fait religieux. |

| Summary, etc. | Laïcité is enshrined in the French Constitution and it guides our public and social behaviors. This differs, however, for inner convictions that are tied up with the psychic dimension, especially in a society where reality shows are considered sacred. This psychic dimension may summon a sort of broad daylight spirituality. In showcasing the invisible, these new behaviors undermine rules, institutions, workers, systems, and professionals who serve the public, putting a peaceful coexistence at risk. Including religion in the clinical accompaniment related to occupational health in the civil service entails an examination of the collusion and antagonism involved and finally poses the question of which values matter the most, those that pertain to the civil service, job skills, or religion. |
