| Summary, etc. | L’article s’intéresse aux formes concrètes que revêtent les conduites de résistance inventées par les sujets lorsqu’ils sont confrontés aux dérives de certaines méthodes introduites dans les entreprises et les institutions depuis le tournant gestionnaire. La recherche clinique se fonde sur la méthodologie de l’enquête en psychodynamique du travail et relate une investigation menée dans un Centre d’accueil de demandeurs d’asile avec un collectif de travailleurs et travailleuses volontaires. L’analyse des conduites de résistance permet ainsi de mettre en lumière le rôle joué par les stratégies de défense contre la souffrance au travail dans l’empêchement à agir et la place centrale de la recomposition de la coopération pour envisager de nouvelles manières de faire. |

The analysis of workers’ resistance highlights the role played by strategies that prevent suffering at work by impeding actions and the centrality of the reorganization of cooperation in order to envisage new ways of acting. |
