| Summary, etc. | Peu d’études portent sur les dynamiques associatives implantées dans des quartiers prioritaires de la politique de la ville. L’étude présentée ici, qualitative et compréhensive, mobilise des observations participantes et des entretiens semi-directifs pour comparer deux associations, une dite « culturelle » et une autre « artistique ». L’article met l’accent sur la manière dont elles tentent d’instaurer une citoyenneté intergénérationnelle au travers de la politique dans laquelle elles sont immergées et de leurs activités différenciées. Pour l’une, les phénomènes sociaux naviguent entre travail du négatif et texte public, normalisation sociale et résistance collective. Pour l’autre, il s’agit plutôt de processus créatifs de groupe, de politisation et de réalisation de l’œuvre. Toutes deux ont développé des dynamiques distinctes, plus ou moins favorables au mélange intergénérationnel et à la groupalité. |

| Summary, etc. | Few studies have been carried out on associative dynamics in the priority neighbourhoods of urban policy. Our qualitative and comprehensive study uses participant observations and semi-structured interviews to compare two associations, one that is “cultural” and the other “artistic.” This article focuses on how these associations attempt to establish intergenerational citizenship through the policy in which they are immersed and through their different activities. For one association, the social phenomena concern the work of the negative and public text, social normalization, and collective resistance. For the other, it is a case of creative processes in groups, politicization, and realization of work. Both developed different dynamics, which are more or less favourable to intergenerational mixing and groupality. |
