Les auteurs de l’article s’appuient sur les observations et le cadre théorique proposés par leurs prédécesseurs pour questionner l’évolution et l’actualité de l’emprise et des médiations sur lesquelles la multinationale s’était construite. L’article s’intéresse aussi aux prises de distance, aux résistances et aux dégagements résultant de l’évolution de la multinationale et de la rupture avec son modèle social antérieur. |

Summary, etc. | Forty years after the publication of L’emprise de l’organisation (2019 [1979]), this article returns to tltx Belgium, the European subsidiary that served as a field of investigation for Max Pagès, Daniel Bonetti, Vincent de Gaulejac, and Daniel Descendre. Building upon the empirical findings and theoretical framework set out in the original study, the authors focus on how control and the mediations on which it was constructed have evolved. Conversely, the paper also examines the departures, resistance, and disengagement of employees resulting from new practices within the multinational corporation. |
