Summary, etc. L’emprise par la relation ou comme système apparaît lorsque la maîtrise ou l’organisation font défaut. Alors que les mouvements dits de « libération de la parole » soulèvent de nouvelles prises de conscience des violences faites aux femmes, une partie de la société se refuse à les traiter. Les entreprises, elles, sont poussées par la législation à mettre en place des dispositifs de prévention et de traitement des situations de harcèlement. En quoi consistent ces dispositifs ? Que produisent-ils sur les personnes impliquées ? En s’inscrivant dans le champ de la psychosociologie et de la clinique des organisations, l’article aborde ces questions à partir d’une intervention réalisée dans une entreprise hypermoderne, txy. L’analyse montre comment la promesse de justice se heurte aux enjeux de l’organisation : préserver son image, ses risques juridiques, la loyauté de ses membres. Le dispositif traitant les situations de harcèlement sexuel sur le lieu de travail donne corps à une situation d’emprise, occultant les contradictions dans lesquelles sont pris les individus et aboutissant à la préservation des intérêts de l’entreprise plutôt qu’à une réparation de l’injustice.

Summary, etc. Control through relations or as a system occurs when self-control or organization are lacking. While movements encouraging women to speak out have led to greater awareness of violence against women, a part of society is refusing to deal with them. Firms are urged by legislation to implement prevention and treatment measures for situations of harassment. What do these measures entail? What do they involve for the people concerned? From a perspective of psychosociology and the clinic of organizations, this article tackles these questions based on an intervention carried out in a hypermodern firm, txy. The analysis shows how the promise of justice collides with the interests of the organization: preserving its image, its legal risks, and the loyalty of its members. The measure dealing with situations of sexual harassment in the workplace embodies a situation of control, concealing the contradictions in which individuals are caught, and leading to the preservation of the interests of the firm rather than redressing injustice.
