| Summary, etc. | Cet article propose de s’intéresser à la question de l’emprise au sein des organisations dans le contexte d’évolution des logiques institutionnelles et sociétales évoluant du disciplinaire vers le contrôle. S’appuyant sur l’émergence symptomatique de la psychologie dite « positive » et de leur clinique de superviseurs en institution, les auteurs chercheront à mettre en lumière la tendance à l’auto-emprise, impliquant un contrôle sur soi-même, mise au service de l’organisation. Ainsi, ils situeront la notion d’emprise dans ses aspects psychopathologiques. Ils montrent ensuite en quoi le dispositif sociétal actuel amène aussi bien à agir en profondeur de l’inconscient individuel qu’à opérer un renforcement des valences cognitives de l’empathie. Ceci les amenant à proposer et discuter l’expression paradoxale d’empathie opératoire comme reflet des métamorphoses contemporaines à l’œuvre. |

| Summary, etc. | This article proposes to address the question of control within organizations, in the context of the evolution of institutional and societal logics from discipline to control. The authors base the article on the symptomatic emergence of “positive” psychology and their clinical work as supervisors in institutions; they aim to shed light on the tendency toward self-control, which benefits organizations. In this way, the authors define the notion of control according to its psychopathological aspects. They then illustrate how the present societal mechanism leads both to action in the individual subconscious and to a strengthening of the cognitive valences of empathy. This leads them to propose and discuss the paradoxical expression of operational empathy as a reflection of the contemporary metamorphoses at work. |
