Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Sometimes, in educational or medicosocial structures, there is a discrepancy between the everyday practice of the actors and the mission the institution has set itself. Faced with different registers of violence, experienced and/or suffered, professionals have effectively adapted in order to survive, by forming essentially defensive practices. The user is perceived as an enemy from whom it is important to protect oneself. This article explores the ins and outs of this situation by studying how professionals can unconsciously form a bloc against the user. The different institutional contexts presented make it possible to analyze how these configurations of bonds prevent teams from welcoming the public with flexibility and sensitivity. |
