| Summary, etc. | Le volontarisme politique actuel en faveur de l’école inclusive s’inscrit dans le prolongement d’un mouvement par lequel les institutions subordonnent leur fonctionnement à des énoncés idéologiques. Dans le contexte de la formation des enseignants, l’irruption du paradigme inclusif interroge les présupposés à partir desquels les professionnels de terrain envisagent leur action au quotidien, notamment dans le cadre du travail en équipe. Prenant pour point de départ les problématiques auxquelles les enseignants se confrontent dans le cadre de l’accompagnement d’élèves désignés comme ayant des besoins éducatifs particuliers, la présente contribution propose une analyse socio-historique des idéologies scolaires distinctes – et souvent contradictoires – à partir desquelles la situation de ces élèves tend à être appréhendée dans le contexte d’un système scolaire se caractérisant par une forte différenciation structurale. |

| Summary, etc. | The current political commitment to inclusive schooling is part of a movement in which institutions subordinate their functioning to ideological statements. In the context of teacher training, the irruption of the inclusive paradigm questions the assumptions on which professionals in the field base their daily action, particularly in the context of teamwork. Taking as its starting point the problems that teachers face in providing support for students designated as having special educational needs, this contribution proposes a sociohistorical analysis of the distinct — and often contradictory — school ideologies based on which the situation of these students tends to be understood, in the context of a school system characterized by significant structural differentiation. |
