520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | This paper discusses the profound organizational transformations that have occurred in the child protection sector since the 2000s. It attempts to describe the effects on the professional practices of educational teams and management. It is based on training intervention practices in practice analysis and regulation in a variety of institutions. It uses the notions of the sociology of organizations and clinical social psychology in order to try to analyze the various imaginary effects. The notion of constancy of the framework (Bleger) and the importance of collective institutional holding (Delion) make it possible to understand the archaic dimensions of the individual and group imaginary, which are at the basis of institutional work. This article ends with a critical reflection on the notion of deinstitutionalization and on the conditions of setting up practice analysis in such a context. |
