520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The relationship between coloniality and consent intersects with European and patriarchal hegemony. Thus, slavery, racism, inequalities, and subalternities are not only established in relation to color and gender. Consent exceeds the intersubjective relationship because it invokes the legal framework, brutal subordination, and participation in a logic of order determined by the power of philosophers, politicians, and men in the family and society. Coloniality is thus understood as a set of paradigms of domination and regulation of the lives of the colonized, introduced during the construction of European hegemony. In return, the imposition of consent on the dominated of the Empire has corrupted the rights of the subordinated in so-called developed societies, starting with women and their bodies
