Mais, parce que les auteurs placent au centre de leur analyse des acteurs différents, la description des dilemmes dans lesquels cette gouvernance s’empêtre et les stratégies à adopter contrastent quelque peu. En définitive, la lecture conjointe de ces deux livres permet de contempler un vaste éventail des forces en présence. |
