| Summary, etc. | En 1974, la Section Féminine, l’institution chargée de l’organisation des femmes sous la dictature franquiste, rédige un rapport sur l’attitude politique des femmes sahraouies. À cette fin, l’institution, qui est active dans le Sahara espagnol depuis une décennie, a organisé des rencontres avec d’anciens élèves. Parmi les circonstances qui ont provoqué le mécontentement des personnes interrogées figure la tentative de la Jemaa, l’institution coloniale chargée de la médiation entre la population de la colonie et l’administration métropolitaine, d’augmenter la compensation que les femmes devaient payer pour obtenir un divorce par ḫulˤ. L’objectif de cet article est de lire les archives en analysant cette revendication. |

| Summary, etc. | In 1974, the Women’s Section, the institution in charge of organising women under Franco’s dictatorship, drew up a report on the political attitude of Sahrawi women. To this end, the institution, which had been active in the Spanish Sahara for a decade, organised meetings with former students. Among the circumstances that provoked dissatisfaction among the interviewees was the attempt by the Yemaa, the colonial institution in charge of mediating between the colony’s population and the metropolitan administration, to increase the compensation women had to pay in order to obtain a ḫulˤ divorce. The aim of this article is to read the archive by analysing this claim. |

| Summary, etc. | En 1974 la Sección Femenina, institución encargada de encuadrar a las mujeres en la dictadura franquista, redactó un informe sobre la actitud política de las mujeres saharauis. Para ello, la institución que llevaba una década realizando actividades en el Sahara Español organizó encuentros con antiguas alumnas. Entre las circunstancias que provocaban descontento a las entrevistadas aparece el intento por parte de la Yemáa, institución colonial encargada de mediar entre la población de la colonia y la administración metropolitana, de incrementar la indemnización que debían pagar las mujeres para acceder al divorcio por ḫulˤ. El objetivo de este artículo es realizar una lectura del archivo analizando esta reivindicación. |
