| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa victoire du Cartel des gauches en 1924 amène 104 députés socialistes à la Chambre. La question de l’intégration aux décisions gouvernementales par le biais d’une majorité parlementaire est alors posée, dans des circonstances différentes de celles de l’Union sacrée. Il s’agit alors de décider de la position à adopter, sur laquelle s’affrontent la gauche et la droite du parti, à l’occasion du vote du budget. L’effacement du Cartel puis les événements du Maroc produisent de la division. Un secrétariat parlementaire est créé pour faire le lien entre la CAP et le groupe parlementaire, qui devient un lieu central de la prise de décision au sein de la maison socialiste. Les années 1924-1926, outre qu’elles marquent la fin de la reconstruction socialiste, voient ainsi Léon Blum, parlementaire chevronné, acquérir dans le parti une position centrale. |

| Summary, etc. | The victory of the Cartel des gauches in 1924 brings 104 Socialist to the Chamber of Deputies. Then is asked the question to contribute to governmental decisions, being part of the parliamentarian majority, in a context quite different than during the Union sacrée. It’s time to decide what has to be decided, and the left and the right of the Socialist party quarrel about it, for example when the point is to vote the budget. The Cartel declines and the events on Morocco bring more division. A parliamentarian secretariat is created in order to create a link between the CAP and the parliamentarian group, that becomes a central place where decisions are made. The period from 1924 until 1926 can be considered as the ending of the French Socialism rebuilt, and it is the time when Leon Blum, an experienced deputy, begins to be in a central position in the party. |
