| Summary, etc. | RésuméDurant les années 1960, les jeunes adhérents de la SFIO ne se contentent pas de militer au sein des Jeunesses Socialistes mais se structurent également en clubs (CEDEP et CERES) pour engager la conquête de l’appareil partisan. Les deux organismes se livrent une vive concurrence jusqu’en 1971, où ils contribuent à la prise du PS par François Mitterrand. Cet article restitue la place des jeunes militants au sein du Parti socialiste de 1958 à 1971, décrit leurs luttes de tendance et met en lumière ce qui distingue, ou réunit, les membres du CEDEP et du CERES en termes de pratiques militantes et d’idées politiques. |

| Summary, etc. | In the 1960’s, the young SFIO members are not only militants in the Young Socialists Party (Jeunesses Socialistes). They also organise clubs (the CEDEP and the CERES) to set out to conquer the party’s leadership. Sharp competition opposes them until 1971, when they help François Mitterrand to become the leader of the PS (Socialist Party). This article shows the role played by the young members within the party from 1958 to 1971; it also describes how they struggle and stand up for their leanings. Finally it underlines what divides, or brings together, the CEDEP and CERES members in terms of activism and political ideas. |
