| Summary, etc. | Cet article examine la survie du duel comme pratique transgressive dans le milieu parlementaire après 1945. Pratique ritualisée inscrite dans la culture parlementaire, le duel a alors perdu sa substance transgressive. Suranné et déplacé dans un contexte de moindre tolérance de l’opinion à l’égard de la violence politique, il survit comme spectacle et mise en scène de la transgression, constituant plus que jamais une arme de communication dont l’issue se joue moins sur le pré que dans les médias. |

| Summary, etc. | This article examines the survival of the duel as a transgressive practice in the parliamentary milieu after 1945. A ritualised practice inscribed in parliamentary culture, the duel has lost its transgressive substance. Outdated and displaced in a context of little tolerance towards political violence, it survives as a spectacle and dramatisation of transgression, constituting more than ever a weapon of communication whose outcome plays out less in the fields than in the media. |
