Par un ensemble d’actes diplomatiques, jouant sur la symbolique de la représentation nationale, il permet d’appuyer et de concrétiser la reconnaissance décidée par l’Élysée. Mais une étude détaillée révèle rapidement les limites d’une activité diplomatique autonome et finalement l’absence de concurrence avec l’exécutif. Enfin, la renommée des députés concernés bénéficie aussi du prestige dont jouissent les affaires étrangères. |

Through a set of diplomatic acts, playing on the symbolism of the national representation, it allows to support and to concretize the recognition decided by the Élysée. However, a detailed study quickly reveals the limits of an autonomous diplomatic activity and finally the absence of competition with the executive.
