Mais son manque de précision se heurte à la réalité et montre son incapacité à assurer la protection du corps des morts. Le délit d’atteinte à l’intégrité du cadavre n’entre dans la loi qu’en 1992. L’examen des débats parlementaires montre les difficultés à faire coïncider loi et exigence morale quand il est question du corps mort. |
