Il montre la mise en œuvre d’un mode d’action syndicale qui articule représentation syndicale des salariés par les élus dans les Institutions Représentatives du Personnel et action collective. Cette configuration spécifique permet la constitution d’un espace de participation qui, au-delà des seuls syndicalistes, favorise l’intervention des salariés dans l’entreprise et la délibération au sein du collectif de travail. |
