| Summary, etc. | Les potentialités liées au décloisonnement numérique de la parole politique facilitent le processus de co-construction d’une offre partisane d’un nouveau type. Le consumérisme politique vise à décrire ce phénomène. Il s’agit, à travers les exemples récents du Tea Party et du Parti pirate, d’appréhender l’émergence d’un activisme autogéré, voire peer-to-peer. Alors que ces deux mouvements innovent de par leur dynamique décisionnelle, il paraît néanmoins utile d’examiner leur impact réel sur le jeu démocratique, par-delà leur nature proprement contestataire, ainsi que d’évaluer leur capacité à refonder les modalités de la participation. |

| Summary, etc. | The potentialities related to the digital decompartmentalization of political discourse facilitate the co-construction of a new type of political offer. Political consumerism aims at describing this phenomenon. The recent examples of the Tea Party and the Pirate Party are thereby mobilised to comprehend the emergence of new forms of self-managed, or even Peer-to-Peer activism. While these movements innovate through their decision-making processes one still has to question their real impact on democracy. Likewise, beyond their role as mere protest parties, one may judge the ability of these mobilisations to rethink the terms of political participation. |
