Ils examinent les difficultés soulevées par leur dispositif : la dimension élaborative se heurte à la clôture défensive de l’adhérence projective dans la psychose. Ils montrent alors l’importance de la configuration transférentielle dans la médiation : le cadre constitue selon eux un écran à l’angoisse morcelante qui contient le délire et instaure un espace de créativité pouvant suppléer au défaut de sublimation. |

| Summary, etc. | “A clinical set-up : an expression workshop based on projection”The authors present a reflection on an expression workshop using pictures as projective mediums. They study the difficulties raised by their set-up : the elaborative dimension comes up against the defensive closure of the projective adhesion in psychosis. Thus it is shown that the transferential configuration is crucial in the mediation : the framework constitutes a screen to the fragmenting anxiety which contains delusion and introduces a space for creativity which can compensate for the absence of sublimation. |
