| Summary, etc. | RésuméCette réflexion part du constat de l’irreprésentabilité des angoisses archaïques de type agonies primitives, autrement appelées terreurs sans nom, et qui se signalent souvent dans la clinique par la crainte d’un effondrement imminent : angoisses de chute, de trou noir et d’anéantissement. Est questionnée et illustrée dans cet article l’expression clinique de l’agonie primitive, ne pas cesser de tomber, dans son caractère de réalité pour l’enfant psychotique. L’auteur présente des séquences cliniques d’une enfant de sept ans qui exprime de différentes manières ses angoisses massives d’effondrement et de chute ou encore d’engloutissement dans un trou. Quelque chose du vécu originel de l’effondrement précoce fait retour dans le réel, sous la forme de la vision hallucinatoire d’un trou dans le sol. Dans le transfert, on assiste également à la répétition en séance d’un holding défaillant. L’actualisation transférentielle des agonies primitives, à condition d’être accueillie et interprétée, présenterait ainsi un triple intérêt thérapeutique. Notamment celui de désenclaver l’expérience primitive de la défaillance inaugurale cause de l’effondrement originaire, à travers justement l’utilisation des défaillances du thérapeute. |

| Summary, etc. | This reflection starts with the observation of the unrepresentable of anxieties archaic type primitive agonies, otherwise known as « un-named terror », which is often reported in the clinic by the fear of an imminent breakdown : fears of falling, black hole and annihilation. Is questionned and illustrated in this article the clinical expression of the primitive agony « does not cease to fall » in its character of reality for the child psychotic. The author presents clinical observations of a seven years child in different ways expresses its massive fears of breakdown and fall or sinking in a hole. Something of the original experience of early breakdown return is in reality, in the form of the hallucinatory vision of a hole in the ground. In the transference, we can observe a repetition in the sitting of a failing holding. The transferential updating of primitive agonies, provided they are received and interpreted, would present a triple therapeutic interest. In particular the interest of opening up the primitive experience of inaugural failure cause of the breakdown originates, through the use of failures therapist. |
