| Summary, etc. | RésuméNotre réflexion s’inscrit dans une approche épistémologique de la criminologie prise sous l’angle de la différence des sexes. Apparaît en effet comme une évidence que les femmes sont moins criminelles que les hommes, qu’elles passent différemment à l’acte. Apparaît aussi comme une évidence, et comme une conséquence logique des constats précédents, qu’il demeure nécessaire de constituer une criminologie propre à la criminalité féminine. Un savoir à construire en rupture de celui consacré aux hommes. Inspirés par cette citation de Jean-Michel Labadie (1995), « si effectivement le caractère des premiers essais peut être défini comme étant « positiviste », et s’il semble essentiel d’en surmonter l’aspect par trop archaïque, on peut aussi imaginer qu’au-delà des progrès de la réflexion criminologique, les intuitions de la criminologie naissante n’étaient peut-être pas aussi naïves qu’on le prétend, et que les progrès du savoir criminologique actuel reposent peut-être sur des croyances inchangées »3, nous posons que la criminologie actuelle consacrée aux femmes se révèle prise dans un débat épistémologique et politique qui présente par certains aspects un caractère déjà ancien. |

| Summary, etc. | Our reflexion falls under an epistemological approach of the criminology and the difference of the sexes. Appears indeed as an obviousness which the women are less criminal than the men. They pass differently to the act too. Also seems like an obviousness, and a logical consequence of the preceding reports, which it remains necessary to constitute a criminology suitable for female criminality. À knowledge to be built in rupture of that devoted to the men. Inspired by Jean-Michel Labadie (1995), “so indeed the character of the first tests can be defined as being “a positivist”, and if it seems essential to overcome the aspect far too antiquated by it, one can as imagine as beyond progress of the criminological point of view, the intuitions of incipient criminology were perhaps not as naive as it is claimed, and perhaps that progress of the current criminological knowledge rests on unchanged beliefs”. So we pose that the current criminology devoted to the women appears taken in an epistemological debate and policy which presents by certain aspects an already old character. |
