| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes auteurs mettent à l’épreuve de la psychothérapie de groupe l’hypothèse qu’une qualité d’espace particulière – la qualité thymique – pourrait re-créer, chez le patient cérébro-lésé, le sentiment d’exister avec autrui optimalisant, au final, sa prise en charge psychothérapeutique. Pour situer conceptuellement leur propos, ils rappellent brièvement les avancées majeures élaborées sur la relation d’objet par la psychologie clinique d’orientation psychanalytique et sur la relation homme-monde par la psychologie clinique d’orientation phénoménologique. Puis ils dégagent la valeur constituante du concept phénoménologique d’espace thymique (Binswanger, 1932) pour le procès de la subjectivation en l’articulant au modèle psychanalytique de la vie relationnelle et en le mettant en œuvre dans un atelier d’expression par le corps et par la voix avec des patients désorientés après une lésion cérébrale. Ceci les conduit à nuancer l’idée, souvent exprimée en psychopathologie, que la désorientation du patient cérébro-lésé se rapporte à une spatialité homogène, géométrique, pragmatique, souvent abordée du seul point de vue de l’espace orienté. |

| Summary, etc. | The authors test the hypothesis of a special quality of space –the thymic one– in a psychotherapeutic group program with cerebro-injured patients. This quality of space can restore the feeling of « existing with others» of these patients and run their psychoytherapeutic treatment more effective. After reminding in short the main psychoanalytical knowlegde about the objectal relationship and the main phenomenological one’s about the relationships amongst human being, the writers draw the constituent value of the thymic space (Binswanger, 1932) in using the case study of cerebro-injured patients who are involved to express themselves (by body and by voice) in a psychotherapeutic group program based on this specific dimension of space. In that way, the writers can moderate the idea, well known in psychopathology, that the desorientation of the cerebro-injured patient must be attributed to an homogeneous, geometric and pragmatic space, only imagined as an orientated space. |
