| Summary, etc. | La question du renouveau de l’engagement citoyen par les TIC partage la communauté scientifique entre, d’un côté, les cyber-optimistes et, de l’autre, les cyber-réalistes. Tenant compte de la multiplication des usagers du Net, et de l’hybridation des pratiques en ligne que cela entraîne, nous soutenons ici qu’il est désormais nécessaire de ne plus appréhender le Web dans sa généralité. C’est pourquoi nous proposons dans cet article une étude de cas des blogueurs politiques français. Après avoir montré pourquoi les blogs politiques ne constituent pas, selon nous, des supports favorables à l’expression politique des profanes, nous analysons la socio démographie et les trajectoires militantes des blogueurs politiques. |

| Summary, etc. | The revival of citizen commitment by ICT divides the scientific community between, on one side, the cyber-optimists and, of the other one, the cyber-realists. Considering the increase of the internet users and the hybridization of online practices, this article argues that we need to rethink our internet approach. That is why we propose a case study on French political bloggers. We panelized them. Showing why the political blogs do not constitute, according to us, favorable media to develop political expression among “ordinary citizens”, we analyze the sociology and the trajectories of these political bloggers. |
