Une des questions essentielles des états délirants aigus à l’adolescence est celle de leur devenir, l’épisode pouvant aussi bien rester sans lendemain que constituer l’amorce d’un processus pathologique. Il est question dans cet article de mettre l’accent sur l’évaluation diagnostique, et d’éclairer cette formation symptomatologique sous un angle psychodynamique, à partir des liens existant entre croyance délirante et clivage. Une illustration en est proposée aux épreuves projectives par deux vignettes cliniques, dans une dimension longitudinale testretest. |

| Summary, etc. | The contribution of projective techniques to the psychodynamic comprehension of delirious episodes in adolescents and young adults. One of the essential questions of severe delirious episodes during adolescence is how they will evolve, in that the episode may be unique or may indicate the beginning of a pathological process. In this article we hope to clarify this symptom formation through a psychodynamic perspective starting from the connections which exist between delirious belief and splitting. An illustration is proposed using projective tests with two clinical examples in a longitudinal test-retest context. |

Una de las preguntas esenciales de los estados delirantes agudos de la adolescencia es la de su devenir, pudiendo el episodio igualmente no tener ningún futuro como ser el comienzo de un proceso patológico. Este artículo se interesa por establecer la luz sobre esta formación sintomatológica desde un ángulo psicodinámico, a partir de los vínculos ya existentes entre creencia delirante y escisión. Una ilustración de ello es propuesta a las pruebas proyectivas por medio de dos viñetas clínicas, en una dimensión longitudinal de test-retest. |
