| Summary, etc. | Résumé Le jeu avec les “ images ” chez l’enfant instable. Apport des méthodes projectives. Cette contribution vise à la présentation des données issues de protocoles de Rorschach et de TAT d’enfants instables et d’enfants non-consultants qui permettront d’apporter un éclairage clinique et psychopathologique dans la compréhension des troubles de l’instabilité chez l’enfant. Les résultats obtenus dans les protocoles de Rorschach et de TAT témoignent des atteintes de la capacité de jouer des enfants instables, d’une difficulté de va-et-vient, de jeu entre le monde interne et la réalité externe. La représentation intériorisée du mouvement est également particulièrement à interroger chez ces enfants. La motricité ne se met pas au service de la construction et de l’élaboration d’une réponse, d’un récit ou d’une histoire. |

| Summary, etc. | Playing with “images “in the unstable child. The contribution of projective methods. This contribution aims to present data taken from the Rorschach and TAT protocols of two groups of children : unstable children and non-consulting children so as to clarify the clinical and psychopathological specificities of instability troubles in the child. The results obtained from Rorschach and TAT protocols demonstrated difficulties for the unstable children in their capacity to play : a difficulty in going back and forth, of alternating between the internal world and external reality. The interiorized representation of movement is also important to study in these children. Motricity is not used in the construction and the elaboration of a response, a description or a story. |

| Summary, etc. | Resumen El juego con las “imágenes “en el nino inestable. Aporte de los métodos proyectivos. Esta contribución presenta los resultados obtenidos de protocolos de Rorschach y de TAT de niños inestables y de niños no-consultantes, aportando algunas luces de orden clinico y psicopatológico a la comprensión de los trastornos de inestabilidad infantil. Los resultados obtenidos en los protocolos de Rorschach y de TAT testimonian de los efectos sobre la capacidad de jugar de los niños inestables, de una dificultad de vaivén, de juego entre el mundo interno y la realidad externa. La representación interiorisada del movimiento es un aspecto particular a interrogar en estos niños. La motricidad no se pone al servicio de la construcción y de la elaboración de una respuesta, de un relato o de una historia. |
