| Summary, etc. | Les troubles dépressifs chez l’enfant peuvent se donner à voir au niveau du comportement selon deux modalités contrastées, l’agitation ou l’inhibition. À partir de deux vignettes cliniques et d’une recherche antérieure, l’auteur émet l’hypothèse d’un renversement, au niveau intrapsychique, du registre actif/passif. Les enfants inhibés présenteraient, au niveau des épreuves projectives, des possibilités de reprises associatives sur un mode actif opérant, les enfants agités évoluant plutôt sur dans un registre passif. |

| Summary, etc. | Depressive disorders in the child : agitation or inhibition, activity or passivity ?Depressive disorders in children can manifest themselves at the behavioral level in two different ways : through agitation or inhibition. Using two clinical illustrations and an earlier research paper, the author hypothesizes an intrapsychic reversal of the active / passive levels. When taking projective tests, inhibited children can demonstrate possibilities of associative reappraisal in an operant, active mode whereas agitated children tend to develop their answers in a more passive vein. |

A partir de dos viñetas clínicas y de una investigación previa, el autor sugiere la hipótesis de una inversión, a nivel intra-psíquico, del registro activo/pasivo. Los niños inhibidos presentirían, en las pruebas proyectivas, la posibilidad de nuevas asociaciones sobre un modo activo operante, en tanto que los niños agitados evolucionan en un registro más bien pasivo. |
