La capacité de développer une alliance thérapeutique est également questionnée chez l’enfant autiste, dans l’en-deçà du processus de différenciation entre sujet et objet. En effet, la construction de l’alliance thérapeutique met en jeu la capacité de représentation et d’investissement du self et de l’objet progressivement différenciés. À travers l’étude comparative de deux situations contrastées d’enfants présentant des états post-autistiques, l’une évoluant très favorablement et l’autre moins, nous nous attacherons à dégager quelques éléments favorisant ou entravant l’alliance thérapeutique. |

| Summary, etc. | The process of differentiation and therapeutic alliance in clinical work with infantile autismThe question of the therapeutic alliance in clinical treatment of children necessarily enmeshes the alliance with the child with that of his or her parents. The ability to develop a therapeutic alliance with an autistic child is also questioned, in that the connection occurs outside of the process of differentiation between subject and object. Indeed, the construction of the therapeutic alliance involves a representational capacity and investment of the self and of the object which are gradually differentiated. Through the comparative study of two contrasting situations of children in post-autistic states, one who is evolving positively and the other less so, we will seek to identify some factors promoting or impeding the therapeutic alliance. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEl problema de la alianza terapéutica en la clínica infantil asocia necesariamente la alianza con el niño a la alianza con los padres. La capacidad de desarrollar una alianza terapéutica es igualmente cuestionada en el niño autista, en un más acá del proceso de diferenciación entre sujeto y objeto. En efecto, la construcción de la alianza terapéutica pone en juego la capacidad de representación y de investidura del Self y del objeto progresivamente diferenciados. A través del estudio comparativo de dos situaciones contrastadas de niños que presentan estados post-autísticos, uno que evoluciona favorablemente y otro que evoluciona menos bien, intentaremos aclarar algunos elementos que favorizarían o que podrían obstaculizar la alianza terapéutica. |
