| Summary, etc. | Le jeu a un rôle essentiel dans le processus de construction de la subjectivité du bébé. Nous constatons cependant que l’échange ludique et le jeu ne sont pas suffisamment privilégiés dans les crèches où sont plutôt priorisés les aspects hygiéniques ou soins physiques et cognitifs au détriment des aspects subjectifs du bébé. De façon à rendre compte de l’importance d’un instrument de suivi du jeu précoce dans les crèches, notre étude a porté sur l’évaluation de l’instrument irdi (Indicateur de risque pour le développement infantile) dans la détection et l’accompagnement du jeu précoce du bébé. Pour ce faire, nous avons pu établir une corrélation entre certaines données récoltées par le protocole irdi auprès de bébés âgés de 8 à 12 mois avec les résultats du test projectif mppe (Malette projective de la première enfance) réalisé auprès de ces mêmes enfants à l’âge de 2 ans, ce qui nous a permis de conclure que l’instrument irdi est utile pour détecter et accompagner la mise en place du jeu précoce du bébé. |

| Summary, etc. | The ‘play’ is critical for the construction of the subjectivity of the baby: it is through the play that the child develops his subjective experiences and builds his emotional and social ties. Still, we can note that playful exchanges and the play are not privileged enough in nurseries where physical and cognitive care are given priority to the detriment of the mental health care of the baby. In order to emphasize the importance of the use of a tool to monitor that play in nurseries, our work has focused in the assessment of the suitability of irdi (Clinical risk indicators in child development) tool for the detection of the early play of the baby. In order to do so, we were able to correlate some data collected by the irdi protocol with babies at the ages of 8-12 months, with the outcomes of the pkec (Projective kit for early childhood) projective test that was conducted with the same children at the age of 2; which allowed us to conclude that the irdi tool is useful for detecting and following up on the establishment of the early play of the baby. |

Constatamos entretanto que las trocas lúdicas e el juego no son privilegiados el suficiente en las guarderías, donde se privilegia sobretodo los cuidados físicos e cognitivos, no siendo considerados los cuidados psíquicos dirigidos al bebe. Para demonstrar la importancia de un instrumento que siga el establecimiento del juego temprano, nuestro estudio se propuse a evaluar las posibilidades del instrumento irdi (Indicadores de riesgo del desarrollo infantil) como un instrumento de detección y de evaluación del juego temprano del bebe. Para tanto, establecemos una correlación entre algunos datos recogidos con el protocolo irdi en bebes de 8-12 meses con los resultados del test proyectivo mppi (Maleta proyectiva de la primera infancia) realizado con los mismos niños en la edad de 2 anos. Concluimos que el instrumento irdi é útil para detectar y acompañar el establecimiento del juego temprano del bebe. |
