| Summary, etc. | Des patients souffrant de troubles à symptôme somatique peuvent bénéficier d’un traitement psychocorporel de groupe. Cependant ce type de traitement met en jeu leur Moi corporel jusque dans ses fondements et au moins pour cette raison, la participation et l’évolution de ces patients est variable. On définit trois phases d’engagement : l’entrée dans le groupe, l’accès à la sensorialité, l’accès au corps subjectif. Le Rorschach passé préalablement au traitement est utilisé pour mieux comprendre les conditions de cet engagement. |

However, this type of treatment involves their bodily ego to its very foundations and at least for this reason, the participation and progress of these patients is variable. Three phases of commitment are defined: entry into the group, access to sensoriality, access to the subjective body. The pre-treatment Rorschach is used to better understand the conditions of this commitment. |

| Summary, etc. | Los pacientes que padecen de trastornos de síntomas somáticos pueden beneficiar de un tratamiento psicocorporal de grupo. Sin embargo este tipo de tratamiento pone en juego su yo corporal en sus fundaciones aunque por esta razón la participación y la evolución de este tipo de pacientes es variable. Definimos tres fases a esta posibilidad de tratamiento : el inicio en el grupo, el acceso a la sensorialidad, el acceso al cuerpo subjetivo. La utilización del Rorschach préalable al tratamiento permite comprender aun mejor las condiciones para que este compromiso sea posible. |
