| Summary, etc. | Cet article fait le point sur la controverse à propos du traitement de l’autisme. Il examine des faits et des événements depuis le début de l’année 2012 jusqu’à présent. Lors du colloque tenu au Sénat par les associations de parents d’enfants autistes pour clôturer l’année 2012, année consacrée Grande cause nationale pour l’autisme, la ministre en charge du dossier, remet le feu aux poudres et toutes les parties de cette affaire s’enflamment à nouveau. Nous serons attentifs à plusieurs ordres de faits. S’interroger sur le fondement juridique des avis et des recommandations officielles est incontournable pour mieux lire la recommandation de mars 2012 de la Haute Autorité de santé (HAS) et comprendre la position exprimée dans sa réponse à l’Association Lacaniène Internationale (ALI) lorsque celle-ci introduisit un recours qui fut rejeté. Des événements parvenus à notre connaissance étayent et éclairent ces faits, éclairés par une description des origines de la méthode ABA. |
