| Summary, etc. | À partir du cas clinique d’une adolescente en crise, l’auteur aborde la question des processus psychiques et de leurs repercussions sur le sujet adolescent. Le processus de l’adolescence est ainsi appréhendé sous l’angle économique et psychosomatique. Quel est le statut et quel rôle joue le préconscient dans la régulation du fonctionnement psychique ? Comment les représentations de chose vont être surinvesties par les représentations de mot dans le préconscient, et ainsi assurer les bases d’une psychisation du pulsionnel. Ce travail va permettre de garantir les bases d’un fonctionnement psychique stable et de pare-exciter le chaos pulsionnel de la période adolescente. L’excitation est à son comble au moment de l’adolescence et tout l’enjeu du processus de l’adolescence est de pouvoir réguler les excitations, aussi bien internes qu’externes, pour éviter qu’elles ne se déchargent dans le corps ou sur la scène externe. |
