| Summary, etc. | Sur le fond de remise en cause de l’universalité de l’interdit de l’inceste, cet article interroge certaines évidences qui ont décrit cette loi comme un principe de la fondation des sociétés. Or cette loi n’est pas une cause, mais un effet. L’interdit de l’inceste succède à une phobie de l’inceste spontanée et autonome de chaque enfant. Cet inceste impossible n’est d’ailleurs pas sexuel au sens de la relation masculin féminin. Ensuite seulement, le désir du père érotise le désir, et seul l’interdit de l’inceste avec le père a un rôle fondateur. Ce n’est pas le père qui interdit l’inceste, mais la culpabilité qui succède au fantasme parricide. |

| Summary, etc. | As some people are putting in doubt incest prohibition as a universal law, this paper questions some evidences, describing this law as foundations principle of societies. Because this law is not a cause but an effect : incest prohibition proceeds from a phobia of incest which appears spontaneously and autonomously in each child. Anyway, this impossible incest is not sexual in the meaning of a relationship between a man and a woman. After that, the father’s desire erotises sexuality in this meaning and the prohibition of incest with the father has a founding role. It’s not the father who prohibits incest, but the culpability proceeding of the parricide. |
