| Summary, etc. | Dans un contexte de maltraitance par négligence, l’examen in situ de la répétition quotidienne de l’acte a permis de mettre en évidence avec quelle force contraignante, de l’ordre d’une compulsion organisée (Quaderi, 2004), l’institution précipite ses sujets dans la répétition sous l’action du désaveu (Guibert, 2014) qui, en entravant la construction du souvenir, entraîne une impossible mise au passé de la maltraitance. La création d’un espace de parole a permis dans un premier temps de discerner statut de l’acte dans l’institution et statut de l’acte au sein de cet espace : le premier soumettant les soignants à la répétition de l’identique dans laquelle s’inscrit la maltraitance; et le second, par la possibilité de transfert qu’il implique grâce à la réintroduction de la parole et du champ de l’Autre, offre une évolution possible vers la répétition du même ainsi qu’un accès à une dynamique d’évolution et de changement qui lui est liée. En instaurant un cadre clinique, à savoir un espace de parole entendu comme chemin vers une clinique où une élaboration de la relation de soin ainsi qu’une parole sur la maltraitance deviennent possible. |

| Summary, etc. | Repetition of the act of neglect in geriatrics: towards a clinical possibilityIn opening, this research makes it possible to foresee with which constraining force, about an organized compulsion (Quaderi, 2004), the institution precipitates its subjects in the repetition which, by blocking the construction of the memory, involves an impossible setting with the past of the elder abuse. The creation of a speech space (Guibert, 2014) initially made it possible to distinguish statute of the act in the institution and statute of the act within this space : the first subjecting the caregivers to the repetition of identical in which the elder abuse fits; and the second, by the possibility of transfer which it implies allows the reintroduction of the speech and the field of the Other, offers a possible evolution towards the repetition of same as well as an access to a dynamics of evolution and change. By founding a clinical framework, namely a speech space; heard as way towards a clinic where a development of the relation of care as well as a speech on elder abuse become possible. |
