| Summary, etc. | L’article vise à mettre en débat la notion de prévention précoce et sa relation avec la psychanalyse, afin de développer une notion de temps, différente du temps de l’après-coup, qui soit capable d’écrire une notion de prévention possible dans le champ psychanalytique. Le travail développé au sein du Programme de Prévention Précoce en Santé Mentale au Brésil, nous fournit un exemple de comment la notion de la prévention et de la clinique des bébés peuvent aller de pair, et comment les soignants reprennent le débat entre la prévention et la psychanalyse.
