À partir de lectures, recherche documentaires et constatations cliniques, je m’intéresse ici à un détail inexploré jusqu’ici : Marguerite à Sainte-Anne cessera d’écrire pour se consacrer à la broderie, sans que Lacan s’y intéresse vraiment. Après un résumé de certains aspects de cette histoire clinique, je m’attarderai sur cette activité manuelle. Marguerite n’a-t-elle pas trouvé dans la broderie un mode de sublimation par lequel elle a symbolisé certains aspects de sa souffrance ? Plus largement, la sublimation au féminin, du fait de certains de ses liens à la domesticité, a-t-elle plus de difficulté à se faire reconnaître ? |

From readings, documentary research and clinical findings, I am interested here in an unexplored detail so far : Marguerite at Sainte-Anne will stop writing to devote herself to embroidery, without Lacan really interested in it. After a summary of some aspects of this clinical story, I will dwell on this manual activity. Did not Marguerite find in embroidery a mode of sublimation by which she symbolized certain aspects of her suffering ? More broadly, does sublimation in the feminine, because of some of its links to domesticity, have more difficulty in being recognized ? |
