Summary, etc. | Cet article propose d’interroger l’usage d’un dispositif d’institution scolaire, le Projet Personnalisé de Scolarisation. Son analyse offre un angle de vue particulièrement propice à l’appréhension des implications cliniques inhérentes à la politique d’inclusion, car il constitue un moment symbolique de prise de parole et de prise de décisions. Aussi confronterons-nous les conditions d’émergence d’une parole qui puisse garantir une place au sujet avec la logique soutenue par ce dispositif qui invite l’élève à se prononcer sur les conditions de sa scolarité et sur ses choix d’avenir. À l’appui d’une vignette clinique, nous montrerons alors comment un dispositif d’inclusion peut être mis au service du choix de l’exclusion de l’altérité quand la parole parait invoquée pour finalement être confisquée. |

Summary, etc. | This article proposes to question the use of a plan in a school institution intended for inclusion, the Personalized Schooling Project. The analysis of this plan constitutes a particularly favorable angle of analysis for understanding the clinical implications inherent in the inclusion policy, because it constitutes a symbolic moment of speaking and decision-making. We will therefore compare the conditions for the emergence of a speech that could guarantee a place for the pupil with the logic supported by this plan which invites the subject to decide on the conditions of schooling and on his choices for the future. Using a clinical vignette, we show how an inclusion device can be used to choose the exclusion of otherness when the speech is invoked and finally confiscated. |
