| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de ce dossier est de développer une approximation de la situation politique et sociale actuelle au Chili : une situation très conflictuelle qui se développe depuis octobre 2019. Il comprend des contributions d’académiques, de chercheurs et de professionnels de diverses disciplines des sciences humaines et sociales. D’une part, il cherche à mettre en évidence les conditions structurelles qui permettent de comprendre le conflit social actuel et, d’autre part, il aborde les expressions de lutte, de résistance et de violence qui sont perçues comme l’expression de tensions inter-générationnelles. En ce sens, il aborde les émotions, les représentations et les désirs exprimés par les citoyens, mais cherche également à identifier les contradictions sociales d’un système politique et économique inégal où la violence dictatoriale est à l’origine. |

| Summary, etc. | The aim of this dossier is to develop an approximation of the current political and social situation in Chile : a very conflictive situation which is taking place since October 2019. It includes contributions from academics, researchers and professionals from various disciplines of the humanities and social sciences. On one hand, it seeks to highlight the structural conditions that allow us to understand the current social conflict and, on the other hand, it addresses the expressions of struggle, resistance and violence that are perceived as the expression of intergenerational tensions. In this sense, it focuses on the emotions, representations and desires expressed by citizens, but also tries to identify the social contradictions of an unequal political and economic system where dictatorial violence is at its origin. |
