Elles sont passées d’une sorte de « jeu de l’oie » aux multiples étapes à la pratique du « logement d’abord » : l’accès au logement doit être la plus rapide possible et les accompagnements sociaux et médicaux l’accompagnent et le soutiennent.Mais une politique qui se massifie oublie les particularités, les choix, les envies, les possibilités de chaque individu qui sont alors gommées par des propositions devenant stéréotypées. |
