La promulgation de dispositifs rationalisés ambulatoires et coordonnés s’accompagne du démembrement des services publics. Le recours aux professionnels libéraux masque des effets de carence majeurs. Les psychologues se trouvent à une place qui les contraint à renoncer à ce qui fonde leur identité professionnelle. Rémunérations indigentes, prescriptions médicales, indications trop limitées, nombre de séances limitées, déficit de recrutement dans les services publics, sont les éléments de discussion. L’offensive massive par l’institution médicale sur le contrôle des psychothérapies s’inscrit dans une dynamique historique. Les psychologues sont conviés à la résistance ou à la servitude volontaire. |
