On tente ici de spécifier trois approches possibles de ce concept : une approche « communautariste », une approche « internationaliste libérale » et une approche « cosmopolitiste ». Cette dernière, qui entend apporter la justice aux pauvres du monde, prend de plus en plus de place dans le débat international, y compris à travers l’action d’institutions comme la Banque mondiale ou le Fonds monétaire international. |
